Thank you for taking the time to view my personal profile and welcome to a little insight into who I am, and why I’m dedicated to soul evolutionary work. I’ve had a life long curiosity and passion for travel, philosophy, the psyche, conscious evolution and the unseen, which has taken me through many personal challenges, transformational growth, evolution and healing. I have a Grad. Dip in Counselling with over 20 years professional experience in marketing and communications to name a few. I’m a student of life dedicated to the human and soul connection ‘involution’ (inner evolution), inner healing and self mastery. I use various therapeutic modalities to ‘know thy self’ and integrate all aspects of who you are with a holistic approach.

I have been navigating many soul initiations throughout my life and walking through passages of deep transformations. I understand and honour the process of our soul initiations and healing, the discomfort and challenges of the unknown, the unravelling and shedding of the old in order to connect with ourselves, others and life, in a deeper and more meaningful way. Every new chapter of your life will always demand a different version of you, stripping back more layers to reveal more of your true essence.

I have participated in countless healing programs and modalities over the last 25 years, incorporating many practices and wisdom from the East and West, and know the power of change, healing and transformation one can have. As humans our pain is indeed our road map of what we need to heal and I believe that is part of our higher purpose here. The deepest wounds are not not just for pain, they are for healing and often become an intrinsic part of our life’s work.

I use various therapeutic modalities during counselling sessions and focus on the internal landscape exploring the deeper mechanics of the self, emotions, old patterns, beliefs, your origin stories and get to the heart of the matter. In my approach I exercise; reverence, compassion, humility and authenticity, while in service to all who desire to journey back to themselves.
